We first visited Capers on NYE 2017, a week after we had a huge scare for my husband at ER & short hospital stay. We really needed a break, "stumbled" over the restaurant & by some miracle got in on such a packed night. The meal was a "gift from heaven". My husband got the crab cake platter & I got the Hawaiian rib eye (and we shared). That rib eye was AMAZING, juicy delicious. We've been back countless times since then, and brought many new guests. We often suggest they try the rib eye. Recently one couple we treated ALWAYS gets the Hawaiian rib eye at Houston's (significantly higher priced) and swears by it, so they both got the rib eye, and confessed it was BETTER than Houston's. (Please don't raise the price or we couldn't afford it, ha) There are many things we love on the menu, and we are the pickiest food critics. Plus the music from Paul is a very big bonus!! Great food and great music are our thing (both our families have amazing cooks/chefs & music artist) The service is consistently good & pleasant. So if this doesn't encourage you to try Capers, I don't know what will. (Did I mention clean bathrooms??)
